Reporting a problem with the site

If a control on the test page does not work in your browser, the most useful report includes your browser name and version, your device type, and which button or key failed. A public contact address for such reports has not been published yet; until it is, no messages can be received — this page will not pretend otherwise with a form that delivers nowhere.

What not to send

Please do not send photographs of your screen expecting a diagnosis: this tool cannot analyse images, and screenshots cannot capture physical pixel faults anyway. For a suspected faulty display, contact the manufacturer or seller directly and check their pixel policy.
